NableU Community Systems Incorporated is a NSW not-for-profit community organisation building practical tools for agency, accessibility and connection. We focus on people with disabilities, people who need support, and the workers, coordinators and communities around them. Our purpose is to make support easier to understand, organise and access, while keeping the person’s own choices at the centre.

Why we exist
Finding support should involve more than matching a postcode, a funding category or an available appointment. People have different goals, communication styles, interests and ways of living. Those differences matter.
NableU brings those needs into the design of the system, so people can make informed choices and build support relationships that fit their lives.
What we do
Our platform provides tools for participant-led matching, support relationships, agreements and session planning. We are also developing community connections and private career-planning tools.
Alongside the platform, we publish advocacy and practical commentary about accessibility, agency and the systems people rely on. We welcome collaboration with people, community groups and organisations working towards more accessible services.
Our approach
- Participant first: the person receiving support should have a meaningful say in how it works.
- Choice and control: useful information and practical tools should support informed decisions.
- Accessibility: different communication and participation needs belong in the design from the start.
- Privacy: people’s information should be handled carefully and shared only where appropriate.
- Accountability: feedback should lead to clearer decisions and better systems.
Where we are now
NableU is available as an early release before version 1.0. Available features depend on your account, permissions and the current release. Some capabilities remain in testing or development, and real-user accessibility, safety and operational testing continue.
NableU does not process support payments or submit NDIA claims.
Our organisation
Founded by Nathan Organ, NableU Community Systems Incorporated is registered as an incorporated association in New South Wales. Our work is directed towards community benefit. Revenue supports the organisation’s purposes rather than being distributed to members.
